The invention discloses a slide-in buffering hinge which comprises a hinge body and a base. The hinge body comprises a hinge cup, a hinge arm, a connecting rod, a torsional spring, a lever driving piece, a buffer and an adjusting screw; one end of the connecting rod is movably connected with the hinge cup, the other end of the connecting rod is installed on the hinge arm through a torsional spring shaft, the torsional spring is installed on the connecting rod through a torsional spring shaft and compresses the connecting rod and the hinge arm, one end of the lever driving piece is in shaft connection with the hinge cup, a support portion of the lever driving piece is in shaft connection with the hinge arm, an inner cavity is formed in the hinge arm, the buffer is closely fixed on one side of the bottom of the inner cavity, the telescopic end of the buffer is in shaft connection with the other end of the lever driving piece, the adjusting screw and the buffer are fixed on the other side of the inner cavity side by side, and the base is slidably embedded in the inner cavity of the hinge arm. According to the slide-in buffering hinge, the buffer and the adjusting screw are fixed in the cavity of the hinge arm side by side, a sliding groove slides along the bottom of the buffer to enable the base to be slidably embedded in the inner cavity of the hinge arm and connected with a clamping groove through the adjusting screw in a clamped mode, and adjustment is convenient.
