The invention provides a freeze-thaw-environment-resistant fiber composite recycled concrete column which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of cement, 0.53 part of water, 1.86 parts of sand, 1.72 parts of primary coarse aggregate, 1.72 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, and fiber 0-8 kg/m<3>. Concrete column. The recycled coarse aggregate is waste concrete, and the primary coarse aggregate is natural cobblestone. The fiber is composed of at least one of CFRP, BFRP, AFRP, GFRP and steel fiber, and is used as a building material or reinforcement material. The invention also provides a method for preparing the concrete column. The concrete column has the advantages of freeze-thaw environment resistance, beautiful appearance, environmental protection and energy saving, and is easy to prepare.
