The invention relates to environment-friendly building materials, particularly discloses freeze-thaw resistant recycled concrete, and solves the problem that existing recycled concrete is not resistant to freeze thawing. Specifically, the recycled concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 480-540 parts of natural aggregate; 460 to 520 parts of recycled aggregate; 380 to 480 parts of cement; 350 to 410 parts of sand; 160 to 200 parts of water absorption sepiolite powder; 1.5 to 6.6 parts of a retarder; the water reducing agent and the retarder are added to promote repair of the recycled aggregate in the recycled concrete and reduce gaps, meanwhile, the added water-absorbing sepiolite powder can be partially filled into cracks of the recycled aggregate to reinforce and block ports of the cracks of the recycled aggregate, and ice crystal precipitation and expansion stress increase of the recycled concrete are slowed down during freezing; therefore, the freeze-thaw resistance of the recycled concrete is improved from the two aspects of the recycled concrete and the prevention of freeze-thaw damage at the same time.
