The freeze-thaw environment resistant fiber composite recycled concrete is prepared with the waste concrete ascoarse aggregate, meanwhile, the concrete column is structurally designed to improve the heat preservation and insulation effect of the concrete column, a heat preservation and insulation layer outside the concrete column plays a role in heat preservation and protection of the concrete, the concrete column structure plays a role in reinforcement, the bearing capacity of the concrete is enhanced, and meanwhile, the anti-freezing service life of the concrete is prolonged.
本发明涉及混凝土结构耐久性领域,具体来说是一种耐冻融环境的纤维复合再生混凝土柱及其制备方法,包括抗冻融钢筋混凝土柱和纤维复合再生混凝土,所述纤维复合再生混凝土浇筑于所述抗冻融钢筋混凝土柱内。本发明以废旧混凝土为粗骨料,制备得到了耐冻融环境的纤维复合再生混凝土,同时对混凝土柱进行了结构设计以增加其保温隔热效果,混凝土柱外保温隔热层对混凝土起到了保温和保护的作用,且混凝土柱结构起到加固的作用,增强混凝土的承载力的同时亦使其抗冻使用寿命得到提升。
