Preparation method of freeze-thaw resistant recycled concrete
The invention discloses freeze-thaw resistant recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of recycled concrete, the freeze-thaw resistant recycled concrete comprises the following components by weight: 200-220 parts of water; 400 to 460 parts of cement; 1115 to 1190 parts of reinforced recycled coarse aggregate; 602 to 630 parts of natural sand; 2 to 8 parts of basalt fiber; 3-6 parts of a water reducing agent; wherein the preparation process of the reinforced recycled coarse aggregate comprises the following steps: heating simply crushed recycled coarse aggregate for 5-10 hours at the heating temperature of 300-600 DEG C, and then cooling to room temperature; grinding the cooled recycled coarse aggregate to remove the old mortar on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; then soaking in an acetic acid solution for 1-3 hours; the preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning recycled coarse aggregate pretreated by an acetic acid solution, air-drying, soaking in cement slurry, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes, standing for 10-20 minutes, taking out, and air-drying to obtain the reinforced recycled coarse aggregate. The anti-freezing performance of the recycled concrete is further improved by strengthening the recycled coarse aggregate.
