The invention discloses a surface coating for realkalizing carbonized concrete. The surface coating mainly comprises the following components: water, ethanol, 5g/100ml of sodium hydroxide, 3-6g/100ml of CMC, 0.3-0.6g/100ml of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and and 0.3-0.6g/100ml of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. According to the surface coating disclosed by the invention, a required peeled carbonizing part on the concrete can be prevented from being directly repaired, so that the large area work is prevented, the weak part is reduced and the cost is lowered; alkali-aggregate reaction generated in an electroosmosis process in electrochemical treatment is avoided, so that the binding power of a reinforcing steel bar and concrete is prevented from being reduced and hydrogen embrittlement reaction is prevented from happening, and the bearing capacity of the concrete is guaranteed. According to the surface coating disclosed by the invention, a stable alkaline colloidal matter can be formed, the utilization ratio of alkaline substances can be improved and the solvent evaporation phenomenon of the solution is improved. The surface coating is suitable for repairing carbonized concrete in an initial stage and realkalizing large-area carbonized concrete.
