The invention discloses an enclosure pile and a construction method. The enclosure pile comprises an open type precast pile, a steel reinforcement cage is arranged on the inner cavity and a portion extending outwards from an open side, and concrete is cast into the steel reinforcement cage. The construction method includes the steps: firstly, drilling in a profile of the precast pile; secondly, pressing the open type precast pile into a hole drilled in the first step; thirdly, drilling on the ground of an open side of the precast pile to form a vertical hole with a small middle and large ends; fourthly, placing down the bundled steel reinforcement cage in the hole formed in the third step and the open type precast pile; fifthly, casting the concrete in the steel reinforcement cage, and finishing construction. The enclosure pile has the advantages that the enclosure pile is large in bearing capacity, high in construction efficiency and reliable in quality, excavation cannot be affected and the like.
