Device and method for vertically tensioning prestressed carbon fiber plate
The invention discloses a device and method for vertically tensioning a prestressed carbon fiber plate, and belongs to the technical field of bridge reinforcement. The device comprises a carbon fiber plate; a fixed end base connected to one end of the carbon fiber plate; a tensioning end base which is connected to the other end of the carbon fiber plate and comprises a tensioning assembly used for tensioning the carbon fiber plate; and a power end base which is close to one side of the tensioning end base and is used for providing tension required for tensioning the carbon fiber plate for the tensioning assembly; wherein the central axis of the carbon fiber plate, the central axis of the tensioning assembly and the tension output axis of the power end base are located on the same horizontal plane. According to the device, a tensioning screw mainly bears axial tension in the tensioning process of the carbon fiber plate, bending deformation is small, the tension applied by the jack can be completely transmitted to the carbon fiber plate, and the design value is achieved.
