Early-strength insulator cement adhesive
The invention discloses an early-strength insulator cement adhesive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30%-40% of P.O52.5 portland cement, 35%-50% of sand, 0.4%-1.0% of a water reducing agent, 5%-15% of a mixed mineral admixture and 9%-15% of water, wherein the mixed mineral admixture contains activated silica powder; the activated silica powder is a powder product which is obtained by grinding and grading treatment of siliceous rock which is deposited by volcanic ash; the mean particle size d is 1.53 microns; and the other components are one or two of superfine slag powder and coal ashes. The cement adhesive has relatively high fluidity, also has certain cohesiveness, and is convenient to bind manually; the adhesive binding efficiency and quality are improved; the operation performance of the cement adhesive is fundamentally guaranteed; meanwhile, the early-strength insulator cement adhesive also has the characteristics of high early strength and high late development strength; and the cement adhesive for electrical porcelain binding has excellent overall performance.
