Method for preparing water soluble red ceramic glaze
The invention discloses a method for preparing a water soluble red ceramic glaze. The method is characterized by comprising the following processing steps: adding 8-18% of ammonium fluozirconate, 1.0-2.0% of sodium tripolyphosphate, 35-45% of zinc silicofluoride, 10-20% of ammonium fluoroborate, 10-24% of cadmium sulfate, 6-16% of sodium sulphide, 0.5-3% of selenium powder in a reactor, grinding and mixing uniformly to obtain the water soluble red ceramic glaze, wherein the sum of all components is 100%. The obtained water soluble red ceramic glaze is packaged by a plastic product and sealed to keep away from moisture. The using method of the water soluble red ceramic glaze is as follows: dissolving the water soluble red ceramic glaze in a hot water at the temperature of 70-80 DEG C to form a saturated solution, uniformly spraying the water soluble red ceramic glaze solution on a ceramic biscuit by a sprayer and sintering at the temperature of 800-950 DEG C to obtain the product.
