Method for preparing water soluble black ceramic glaze
The invention discloses a method for preparing water soluble black ceramic glaze. The water soluble black ceramic glaze is characterized by consisting of an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A comprises the following components in mass percent: 32-45% of ammonium fluozirconate, 35-48% of ammonium fluosilicate, 10-20% of ammonium hexafluoroaluminate and 2.0-4.0% of sodium hexametaphosphate; the agent B comprises the following components in mass percent: 30-45% of ammonium ferric sulfate, 25-35% of potassium dichromate, 8-18% of manganese sulfate, 4-15% of cobalt nitrate and 5-12% of samarium chloride; when in use, the agent A and the agent B are dissolved in water according to a mass ratio of 1:4, the mass concentration of the solution is 20-30%, the solution of the water soluble black ceramic glaze is uniformly sprayed onto a ceramic biscuit by using a sprayer, and the ceramic biscuit is burnt in a nitrogen atmosphere at a high temperature of 1320-1400 DEG C to obtain a finished product. The black ceramic glaze is good in glossiness, stable in chemical properties and bright in color and luster.
