Method for preparing water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze
The invention discloses a method for preparing a water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze. The method is characterized by comprising the following process steps: adding the following raw materials into a reactor by weight percentage: 62-75% of ammonium fluozirconate, 0.5-2.0% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 7-20% of zinc silicofluoride and 6-18% of cobalt nitrate, wherein the sum of components is one hundred percent; and grinding and mixing uniformly to obtain the water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze. The using method of the water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze comprises the following steps: dissolving the water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze in the water with the mass percentage concentration of 15-20%, uniformly spraying the water-soluble royalblue ceramic glaze solution on a ceramic biscuit by a sprayer, drying at 100-120 DEG C, taking out, cooling to room temperature, spraying again and firing at 1100-1200 DEG C to obtain the product. The ceramic glaze is good in lustrousness, stable in chemical performance and bright in color.
