Engineering ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an engineering ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The engineering ceramic material comprises 22-46 parts of silicon nitride, 18-35 parts of silicon carbide, 5-15 parts of zirconium oxide, 3-8 parts of graphite, 6-12 parts of chromium nitride, 4-10 parts of vanadium diboride and 3-5 parts of tungsten boride. The preparation method of the engineering ceramic material comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the materials, and carrying out ball milling; (2) carrying out press forming on the engineering ceramic material powder; and (3) carrying out high-temperature sintering on the powder material subjected to press forming: heating the high-temperature sintering furnace to 880-930 DEG C, sintering for 4 hours, heating the high-temperature sintering furnace to 990-1040 DEG C, sintering for 3 hours, and cooling the engineering ceramic material to obtain the engineering ceramic material.
