A bucket is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the dredging dolly, a mixing propeller is installed inside the dredging dolly through a mixing motor, a slush inlet is formed in the connecting position of the back end of the bucket and the dredging dolly, a cab is arranged at the front portion of the loading ship, and a position indicator is arranged inside the cab. By means of the small hydropower station dredging device, slush at the bottom of a reservoir can be removed, the cleaning efficiency is high, normal work of a hydropower station is not influenced, and the water consumption is small.
