Underwater dredging system and dredging method for tail water channel of hydropower station
The invention provides an underwater dredging system for a tail water channel of a hydropower station. The underwater dredging system for the tail water channel of the hydropower station comprises anunderwater diving sand-suction pump sand-pumping device and a gas-stripping sand-pumping device, wherein the underwater diving sand-suction pump sand-pumping device is formed by a floating bridge, a silt discharging and conveying pipeline, a high-pressure rubber sand discharging pipeline and an underwater diving sand-suction pump; one end of the high-pressure rubber sand discharging pipeline is inserted into shoal materials behind a gate; the other end of the high-pressure rubber sand discharging pipeline is connected with the silt discharging and conveying pipeline; the silt discharging and conveying pipeline is fixed onto the water-surface floating bridge; the other end of the silt discharging and conveying pipeline is arranged at the tail end of the tail water channel; the underwater diving sand-suction pump is arranged on the high-pressure rubber sand discharging pipeline; the gas-stripping sand-pumping device is formed by a pressure fan, an air inlet pipeline and a gas-stripping sand-pumping pipeline; one end of the gas-stripping sand-pumping pipeline is inserted into the shoal materials behind the gate; a pipe orifice at the other end is out of the water surface; the gas-stripping sand-pumping pipeline is connected with the air inlet pipeline through a flange plate; and the air inlet pipeline is connected with the pressure fan on a hydropower station gate platform. According to the underwater dredging system for the tail water channel of the hydropower station provided by the invention, a way of mutually combining multiple equipment for dredging is adopted, the equipment is simple in layout and convenient to run, and an underwater dredging effect of the tail water channel is greatly improved.
本发明一种水电站尾水渠水下清淤系统,包括潜水吸沙泵抽沙装置和气提抽沙装置;所述潜水吸沙泵抽沙装置由浮桥、排淤输送管道、高压橡胶排沙管道和潜水吸沙泵构成,高压橡胶排沙管道一端插入闸门后淤积物中,另一端与排淤输送管道连接,排淤输送管道固定于水面浮桥上,另一端设于尾水渠末端,高压橡胶排沙管道上设有潜水吸沙泵;所述气提抽沙装置由压风机、进风管路和气提抽沙管路构成,气提抽沙管路一端插入闸门后淤积物中,另一端管口露出水面,气提抽沙管路通过法兰盘与进风管路连接,进风管路与水电站闸门平台上的压风机连接。本发明采用多种设备相互结合清淤的方式,其设备布置简单运行方便,大大提高了尾水渠水下清淤的功效。
