The invention discloses a metal and ceramic composite sound barrier sound absorption and insulation unit plate structure which comprises a hollow metal face plate box body. The box body is composed of a face plate, a back plate and rubber end covers at the two ends. The upper end and the lower end of the face plate are pressed, expanded and bent to form an upper wall and a lower wall of the box body. The upper wall and the lower wall of the box body are fixedly connected with the two ends of the back plate at the same time through structural adhesives and bolts. Sound absorption through holes are evenly formed in the surface of the face plate. A micro-porous ceramic sound absorption plate is fixed to the rear face of the face plate in the box body. Micro-porous ceramic is adopted as built-in sound absorption materials, and therefore the defects that existing fiber sound absorption materials fly apart and accumulate when encountering water are overcome; the sound absorption performance is improved. The face plate and the back plate are connected in an adhering and riveting combined mode, and therefore the connection strength is ensured, sound bridges are cut off, and rigid connection is converted into flexible connection. The service life of a unit plate is prolonged. Due to the rubber end covers, the sound absorption unit plate and an H-shaped steel stand column are fully isolated, and the sound bridges are cut off so that shock absorption and noise reduction can be achieved.
