Concrete slump-retaining agent preparation process
The present invention discloses a concrete slump-retaining agent preparation process, which comprises: in a reaction kettle provided with a condensation reflux device, adding a hydroxyl-terminated polyoxyethylene ether, heating to melt, adding a catalyst and maleic anhydride, carrying out a solvent-free esterification reaction, carrying out an initiation copolymerization reaction on the obtained esterified macromonomer and a small monomer, and carrying out neutralization and concentration adjusting on the copolymer so as to obtain the slump-retaining agent, wherein the small monomer is one or a plurality of materials selected from styrene, acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, and olefine sulfonate. The preparation process of the present invention has the following advantages that: 1, based on the slump-retaining agent synthesis technology, a plurality of the dominant functional groups are subjected to graft copolymerization so as to optimize the slump retaining function and improve the compatibility with the soluble sulfate; 2, the molecular design concept is adopted, such that the steric hindrance and the electrostatic interaction coexist, and the retarding and the slow-releasing are concurrently considered; 3, the slump-retaining agent of the present invention and the condensation polymerization type water reducing agent are subjected to compounding use so as to provide a superimposed effect; and 4, the technical route adopts the two-step synthesis process.
