Super slump retaining post-enhanced slump retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a super slump retaining post-enhanced slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The slump retaining agent is mainly prepared from the following materials: 19.7 to 20.2 parts of an alcohol head, 303.7 to 311.9 parts of a cyclic monomer, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of a catalyst, 47.5 to 48.8 parts of an ester substance, 2.4 to 5.3 parts of a reducing agent, 4.1 to 6.7 parts of an initiator, 10.2 to 15.4 parts of a neutralizing agent, 0.5 to 1.3 parts of a chain transfer agent and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing an unsaturated polyether intermediate with the molecular weight of about 2000, further carrying out free radical polymerization reaction on the unsaturated polyether intermediate, diethyl acrylate and an alcohol head in a certain molar mass ratio to prepare a slump retaining agent, and controlling the dosage of the initiator and the chain transfer agent and the temperature condition of the polymerization reaction to prepare the super slump retaining post-enhanced slump retaining agent with a short main chain. The slump retaining agent has a good slump retaining effect and can improve the long-term strength of concrete.
本发明公开了一种超保坍后增强型保坍剂及其制备方法,所述保坍剂主要由以下几种材料制备而成:19.7‑20.2份醇头、303.7‑311.9份环状单体、0.8‑1.5份催化剂、47.5‑48.8份酯类物质、2.4‑5.3份还原剂、4.1‑6.7份引发剂、10.2‑15.4份中和剂、0.5‑1.3份链转移剂,其余为去离子水。首先合成2000左右分子量的不饱合聚醚中间体,进一步与一定摩尔质量比的丙烯酸二乙酯和醇头经过自由基聚合反应制备保坍剂,控制引发剂与链转移剂的用量以及聚合反应温度条件,制备一种主链偏短的超保坍后增强型保坍剂,具有很好保坍效果的同时能够提高混凝土后期强度。
