The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete additives, and discloses a concrete slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete slump retaining agent is composed of,in parts by weight, 280-360 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 101.5-151.1 parts of a material A, 38-52 parts of a material B, 220-300 parts of water and 2-6 parts of hydrogen peroxide, wherein the material A is composed of mercaptoacetic acid, Vc and water; the material B is composed of acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and phosphate polyester. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, water and hydrogen peroxide in proportion to obtain a first solution; dropwise adding the material A and the material B into the first solution respectively; and after dropwise adding, stirring, controlling the temperature of the system, and adjusting the pH value of the system to obtain the concrete slump retaining agent. According to the concrete slump retaining agent disclosed by the invention, the phosphoric acid polybasic ester is added into the formula of the material B, so that the dynamic retention time of concrete can be delayed, the slumpretaining slow release time of the concrete reaches 4-5 hours, the normal hardening time of cement and the final setting time of the concrete are not influenced, and the construction requirements aremet on the premise of ensuring the quality of the concrete.
本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,公开一种混凝土保坍剂及其制备方法,由如下重量份的原料组成:异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚280‑360份、A料101.5‑151.1份、B料38‑52份、水220‑300份、双氧水2‑6份;其中所述A料由巯基乙酸、Vc、水组成;B料由丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、磷酸多元脂组成,其制备方法为:将异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、水、双氧水按比例混合得到第一溶液;分别向第一溶液中滴加A料和B料;滴加完成后,搅拌,控制体系温度,并调节体系pH值,得到混凝土保坍剂。本发明混凝土保坍剂在B料配方中添加磷酸多元脂,可以延缓混凝土动态保持时间,混凝土保坍缓释时间达到4‑5小时,且不影响水泥正常硬化时间,混凝土终凝时间8‑12小时,确保混凝土质量的前提下,满足施工要求。
