The invention discloses a different soil layer damming earth material blending method. The method comprises steps of earth material water content adjusting and earth material blending. The earth material blending step is earlier than the earth material water content adjusting step. In the earth material blending step, black cotton soil, sandy silt and poor clay are mixed according to the ratio of the black cotton soil to the sum of the sandy silt and the poor clay being larger than 1. Mixing is performed in a backhoe vertical exploiting mixed scarifying mode which comprises excavating deep into sandy silt and poor clay layer backfill pits from the earth's surface through a backhoe device in advance to obtain earth materials from any one side of the backfill pits along the depth direction of the backfill fits successively to backfill the backfill pits and obtain earth materials along the formed novel pit direction successively to backfill the novel pits. By the aid of the method, damming and material obtaining in hot dry regions can be performed conveniently, and the engineering cost and the engineering efficiency are improved.
