Magnesia ceramic welding material for industrial kiln and furnace repairing, and repairing method thereof
The invention relates to a ceramic welding material for industrial kiln and furnace repairing, and also relates to a repairing method thereof. The ceramic welding material comprises 80-95% of MgO, 1-5% of MA, 1-3% of Mg and 5-7% of Al. The ceramic welding material is sprayed to the damaged position of the above industrial kiln and furnace through a material tube and a welding gun from a welding machine under the current carrying action of a combustion supporting gas, ceramic combination and chemical combination among refractory grains are formed between the ceramic welding material and a damaged position material, and are better than the self sintering combination ability of the damaged position material, and physical and chemical performance indexes of the welding material approach or exceed the physical and chemical performance indexes of welded firebricks in order to reach the restoration purpose of the industrial kiln and furnace. Compared with present ceramic welding materials, the ceramic welding material provided by the invention has the advantages of good high temperature strength, good thermal shock stability, good chemical erosion resistance, good wear resistance, great improvement of the repairing quality, prolongation of the repairing life, and wide application prospect.
