According to the method for manually lowering the overweight reinforcement cage of the hole digging pile, the problems that the lifting range of hoisting equipment is difficult to cover the pile foundation position, the hoisting equipment is difficult to be in place, the hole digging pile is blocked by inner support beams over the hole digging pile, and the reinforcement cage can not be lowered or is difficult to lower are solved, two workers are only needed to complete manufacture and lowering of the reinforcement cage, and the engineering cost is reduced.
