The method specifically comprises the following steps that S1, the center of the manual hole digging pile is positioned; s2, a plumb bob is arranged at the center point of opposite pulling of the steel wire, and a plumb bob of the plumb bob is lowered to the hole bottom of the manual hole digging pile; s3, positioning ribs are arranged; s4, after welding and fixing of the positioning main reinforcements and the stiffening hoops are completed, according to the requirement for binding of the main reinforcements, the remaining main reinforcements are sequentially bound and fixed to the stiffening hoops, and a steel reinforcement framework is formed; s5, binding stirrups; and S6, the reinforcement cage is fixed, the central axis of the reinforcement cage is adjusted to coincide with a plumb bob in the center of the manual hole digging pile, and welding and fixing are conducted on the positioning main reinforcements at equal intervals.
