Preparation method for residual-slurry-free non-autoclaved PHC pipe piles
The invention discloses a preparation method for residual-slurry-free non-autoclaved PHC pipe piles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) doping air entraining agents and preparing concrete; (2) stirring mortar or fine aggregate concrete according to the diameters of gravels; (3) uniformly distributing the stirred mortar or fine aggregate concrete along the length direction of pipe dies; (4) uniformly distributing continuous gradation gravels with the diameter being 5-25mm to mortar layers or uniformly distributing the gravels with the diameter being 10-20 mm to the fine aggregate concrete; (5) assembling pipe piles and drawing; (6) centrifuging the pipe piles; (7) carrying out autoclaved maintenance; (8) separating the pipe piles from the dies. By doping a proper quantity of air entraining agents and carrying out a secondary distribution process, the consumption of the cementing materials can be greatly reduced; the residual-slurry-free effect can be implemented; the cost of the raw materials can be greatly reduced; and the residual slurry processing cost can be reduced.
