Alkali-activated fly-ash filling material and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses an alkali-activated fly-ash filling material and a preparation method thereof. The filling material comprises a cementing material, fine aggregates, an alkali excitant, a heavy-metal ion curing agent, a coagulation accelerator and water. The mass proportion of the cementing material, the fine aggregates, the alkali excitant, the heavy-metal ion curing agent, the coagulation accelerator and the water is 20-40:20-40:10-25:0.1-5:0.01-0.5:10-25 correspondingly. The cementing material comprises a mixture of fly ashes and grounded furnace slags. The fine aggregates comprise one or the mixture of a plurality of components selected from steel slags, manganese slags, phosphorus slags, copper slags, lead-zinc slags, red mud, coal gangues, power plant coal slags, siliceous mine tailings, aluminum mine tailings, and sulphureous mine tailings. The alkali excitant comprises the mixture of sodium silicate/potassium silicate and NaOH/KOH. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the cement is not adopted as the cementing material any more, and industrial solid wastes including various mine tailings are fully utilized. Therefore, the purpose of changing waste into valuables is realized. The pollution of solid wastes is reduced and the ecological environment is improved.
