The sound-insulation plate prepared by using the formula of the present invention has characteristics of long service period, good sound insulation effect, high strength, effective prevention of outdoor noise from spreading into the room, and avoidance of mutual interference among various rooms, can achieve good effects of sound reducing, noise reducing, and effective noise pollution prevention and control when being used in highways, railways and other places easily producing high noise, further has characteristics of no environmental pollution and raw material recycling, and meets the low-carbon concept.
