SOUND INSULATION PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation plate which is excellent in handling performance, sound insulation performance, durability, economical efficiency, and maintenance performance for local damage at construction, and can efficiently discharge a water component immersed into a sound absorption plate.SOLUTION: A sound insulation plate is composed of a sound absorption plate 7, and a support member or connecting member 5 for fixing and supporting the sound insulation plate. The sound absorption plate 7 is constituted of a material including a wood piece which is neutralized and mineralized, that is, unorganized, by chemical treatment in concrete, and the sound absorption plate 7 is formed at each block or divided into a plurality of pieces to be attached and held in the support member or connecting member 5. Furthermore, at a lower side portion of the support member or connecting member 5, water discharge holes 5e for discharging water components immersed into the sound absorption plate 7 are opened and formed at a portion opposing a lower end face of the sound absorption plate 7 at prescribed intervals, and a water passage 5d for communicatively guiding the water components to the water discharge holes 5e which are opened at the outside of a bottom face is formed, thus forming a water discharge structure for discharging water immersed in the sound insulation plate 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】施工時における取扱性、遮音性、耐久性、経済性及び部分的な損傷に対するメンテナンス性に優れ、さらに吸音板内に浸潤した水分を効率的に排出できる遮音板を提供する。【解決手段】吸音板７とこれを固定保持する支持部材或いは連結部材５からなる遮音板であり、吸音板７はコンクリート中に化学処理により中和化及び鉱物化つまり無機質化した木材片を含む材料で構成されており、かつ、吸音板７が複数にブロック毎に形成されているか或いは分割されて支持部材或いは連結部材５の内に装填保持されている。又支持部材或いは連結部材５の下側部分には吸音板７の下端面と対向する部分に、吸音板７の内部に浸潤した水分を外部に排出する排水孔５ｅが所定の間隔をおいて開口形成し、底面外部に開口する排水孔５ｅに導通案内する通水路５ｄを形成し吸音板７内浸潤水排出構造を施した。【選択図】図４
