The invention relates to a method for preparing active slag powder and aggregate from treated waste concrete in a vertical kiln factory. According to the method, vertical kiln concrete production line process equipment is used; crushed waste concrete is roasted at 980 DEG C to 1280 DEG C in a vertical kiln; then, cleavability power grinding and sorting are carried out; active slag powder and active aggregate are prepared. The method has the advantages that the vertical kiln concrete production line equipment can be used; all ingredients of waste concrete components are simply, conveniently and effectively utilized at low cost; excellent active slag powder and excellent active aggregate with higher additional values and wide market purposes are produced.
