The invention relates to a manufacturing method and combination mode of a tundish working lining. The tundish working lining comprises a tundish bottom and a tundish wall. According to the structure, an isolating layer is arranged on the tundish bottom of the tundish working lining, and an acid silicious dry material working lining is laid on the isolating layer; an anti-sticking high-temperature-resistance layer is arranged on the inner wall of the tundish wall, and a tundish molten pool, a slag line and a tundish edge are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the anti-sticking high-temperature-resistance layer from bottom to top. According to the technical scheme, the problem of sintering adhesion between a permanent lining and a working lining is solved; when a tundish is tilted to remove the old working lining, the old working lining can be removed smoothly, and the labor intensity is relieved; besides, the tundish bottom is made of acid silicious dry materials, the tundish wall is made of alkali dry materials, and the tundish edge is made of waste serving as main raw materials, so that cost is reduced by more than 20% compared with traditional dry materials.
