Method for jointing Al2O3 ceramic and ceramic sealing alloy
The invention discloses a method for jointing Al2O3 ceramic and a ceramic sealing alloy. The method is characterized by performing surface metallization of a Al2O3 ceramic weldment by adopting a Mo-Mn method; performing pre-welding treatment of the Al2O3 ceramic weldment after surface metallization treatment and the ceramic sealing alloy to form a brazing structure; and putting the obtained product in a heating furnace for heating to realize jointing of the Al2O3 ceramic and the ceramic sealing alloy in a protection condition of vacuum or an inert atmosphere. A Cu-based solder has excellent wettability and joint filling performance of the ceramic sealing alloy, and has better corrosion resistance. The Pt element can form a general solid solution with most transition metals, wherein the Pt element can form a continuous solid solution with Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and the like. A Pt alloy is good in corrosion resistance and has excellent wettability of refractory alloys, such as Mo, W, a hard alloy, and the like. A Cu-Pt solder can effectively improve the jointing quality of the Al2O3 ceramic and the ceramic sealing alloy.
