The invention relates the field of casting well construction, in particular to a cast pumping well sleeve installing method with the advantages of greater convenience, higher speed, high reliability and economization. The method comprises the following steps of: A, performing earth excavation on the field leveling ground to form a cast pumping well construction foundation pit; B, downwards and manually digging a pile hole sleeve installing pore passage in the cast pumping well earth excavation foundation pit, wherein the pore passage depth exceeds the sleeve bottom design elevation for a certain depth being about 300mm; C, installing a sleeve base installing positioning ring, using concrete for filling and fixation on the periphery, putting an embedded element to install a sleeve base and to install guide sectional steel, and forming a sleeve installing shaping concrete bottom mold structure; D, performing cast pumping well sleeve installation, constructing a sleeve upper opening fixing frame after the sleeve bottom reaches the proper position, fixing the sleeve upper opening and putting the sleeve upper opening to the proper position; E, performing sleeve periphery concrete filling fixation; and F, performing cast pumping well construction. The method has the advantages that the construction period and the cost are reduced, and the method is particularly applicable to processes requiring high-efficiency cast pumping well construction realization.
