Novel carbon-fiber ceramsite aerated concrete block
The invention discloses a novel carbon-fiber ceramsite aerated concrete block. The block is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 7 to 9 parts of carbon fiber, 30 to 50 parts of ceramsites, 15 to 30 parts of fly ash, 10 to 13 parts of quick lime, 15 to 20 parts of cement, 0.3 to 0.5 part of aluminum powder, 2 to 4 parts of titanium gypsum powder, 1 to 2 parts of hydroxy methyl cellulose, 8 to 10 parts of glass residue powder, 0.3 to 0.5 part of calcium lignosulfonate, 1 to 3 parts of iron powder, 3 to 5 parts of nanometer aluminium oxide, 2 to 4 parts of carbon black, 15 to 20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and a proper amount of water. A process method adopted in the invention solves problems of uneven distribution of the ceramsites in a slurry due to easy breaking and light weight of the ceramsites in processing process; the added carbon fiber has the advantages of improving mechanical performances of a concrete structure and structural members, and resisting a building structure from acid, alkali and salt corrosion; and the carbon-fiber ceramsite aerated concrete block provided by the invention can be extensively applied in overall maintenance of the outer side of a building structure, and a bearing structure of a low-rise building, and has high utility and significantly broad market prospects.
