The invention discloses a ceramsite aerated building block added with shell powder and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite aerated building block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 20-25 parts of ceramsite, 10-12 parts of recycled aggregate, 10-15 parts of shell powder, 8-10 parts of gypsum powder, 0.2-0.5 part of a vegetable protein foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizer and a proper amount of water. According to the invention, the building wastes are added into the proportioning production process of the ceramsite aerated building block, so that the whole ingredients are saved to a certain degree, and the current green and environment-friendly industrial production concept is met; a plant protein foaming agent obtained by extracting tea saponin from camellia seeds or saponin from fruits of gleditsia sinensis is used as a foaming material of the ceramsite aerated building block, compared with existing aluminum powder, the ceramsite aerated building block is more environmentally friendly, meanwhile, by adding silicone amide, the foam stabilizing effect can be achieved, and therefore the stability and durability of foam in the building block can be improved; and air holes in the obtained building block are distributed more uniformly and compactly, so that the building block is lighter in weight.
本发明公开了一种添加贝壳粉的陶粒加气砌块及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:水泥30‑40、粉煤灰10‑15、陶粒20‑25、再生骨料10‑12、贝壳粉10‑15、石膏粉8‑10、植物蛋白发泡剂0.2‑0.5、稳泡剂0.3‑0.5、水适量。本发明通过将建筑废料加入到陶粒加气砌块的配比生产过程中,使得整个配料成分节约一定的成本,符合当下绿色环保的工业生产理念,而利用从油茶籽提取茶皂素或从皂角树的果实提取皂角苷获取植物蛋白发泡剂作为陶粒加气砌块的发泡材料,相比于现有的铝粉更加绿色环保,同时,通过加入硅酮酰胺能够起到稳泡的作用,从而能够增加砌块中泡沫的稳定和持久性能,得到的砌块内部气孔分布更加均匀致密,从而使其质量更轻。
