Ceramsite aerated concrete block and production process thereof
The invention relates to a ceramsite aerated concrete building block and a production process thereof. The building block comprises at least two unit blocks which are integrally formed, a supporting net is arranged between every two adjacent unit blocks, and meshes of the supporting net are used for mortar to pass through. In the process that a vibration table drives a mold to vibrate, the supporting net prevents the aggregate above the supporting net from sinking to the bottom of a forming cavity, so that part of the aggregate is located in the middle of the forming cavity, after concrete slurry is solidified, the aggregate can be located in the middle of the building block, the distribution uniformity of the aggregate in the building block is improved, and the strength of the building block is guaranteed.
