The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant urban road capable of being paved quickly. The road comprises four prefabricated slabs, wherein holes for accommodating steel strands are formed in two sides of each prefabricated slab, and the adjacent prefabricated slabs are connected through the steel strands; the diameter of the steel strands is 15.50 mm, holes for accommodating the steel strands are formed in four sides of each prefabricated slab, and the adjacent prefabricated slabs are connected through the steel strands; the four prefabricated slabs constitute a road surface unit by the aid of the steel strands and steel connecting plate strips on outer sides of the prefabricated slabs; a connecting key structure is also mounted between every two adjacent prefabricated slabs and comprises a convex shear-resisting key and a concave shear-resisting key which are matched with each other. The road is convenient to transport and quick to mount, slabs are divided into multiple types and models according to ratios of short edges to long edges of the road slabs, and a plurality of positioning shear-resisting connecting keys are arranged at connecting interfaces of the slabs so as to prevent the road slabs from being broken and damaged under the repeated action of heavy-loaded vehicles.
