The invention provides a non-avoidance type double-layer intelligent garage and a method for storing and fetching vehicles. By the aid of the non-avoidance type double-layer intelligent garage and the method for storing and fetching vehicles, technical shortcomings of existing double-layer garages can be overcome. The non-avoidance type double-layer intelligent garage comprises a garage frame, a lower vehicle carrying platform, a moving device, an upper vehicle carrying platform, a lifting device and a transmission gear. The to-be-parked vehicles only need to run into the upper vehicle carrying platform or the lower vehicle carrying platform on the outer side of the bottom of the garage frame and park on the upper vehicle carrying platform or the lower vehicle carrying platform, and can be pushed by the moving device connected with the transmission gear or can be lifted by the lifting device, so that the to-be-parked vehicles can be parked. The method for storing and fetching the vehicles includes a step for storing the vehicles and a step for fetching the vehicles. The non-avoidance type double-layer intelligent garage and the method for storing and fetching vehicles have the technical advantages that the non-avoidance type double-layer intelligent garage is simple in structure and small in occupied area, the upper vehicle carrying platform and the lower vehicle carrying platform are prevented from interfering with each other when the vehicles are stored and fetched, and driving directions need not to be changed in vehicle storing and fetching procedures, so that the parking difficulty can be lowered and the safety of the intelligent garage can be guaranteed.
