Sisal-fiber-added enhanced lightweight thermal-insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
Disclosed sisal-fiber-added enhanced lightweight thermal-insulation mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1.2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 3-5 parts of expanded perlite, 28-33 parts of expanded vitrified microsphere, 8-11 parts of pumice, 9-12 parts of crushed glass cotton, 1-2 parts of degreased waste cotton, 3-3.5 parts of anti-cracking fiber, 2-3 parts of sisal fiber, 2.5-3.5 parts of redispersable latex powder, 3-5 parts of phenolic moulding powder, 19-23 parts of Portland cement, 2-2.5 parts of carboxymethylcellulose sodium, and 8-10 parts of a synergist. By adding sisal fiber and anti-cracking fiber, the product is enhanced in tensile strength and wear resistance; by adding crushed glass cotton and degreased waste cotton, the product is porous, light in weight and reduced in heat conductivity, and possesses certain sound-absorbing efficacy; by adding the synergist, the product is capable of preventing water, moisture and worm damage; the product contains crop straw as a basic material, energy is saved and environment is protected; and the product contains a water reducer composition, cement usage amount is reduced and construction performance of the product is good.
