Vacuum impregnation method used for high-temperature superconductive magnet strong solidification
A vacuum impregnation method used for high-temperature superconductive magnet strong solidification. The most characteristic of the method is that a two-layer-structure impregnation pot is omitted while the high-temperature superconductive magnet is directly connected in a vacuum system in series, thereby greatly simplifying the structure of a vacuum impregnation device. The vacuum impregnation method is easy to match with vacuum impregnation processes of high-temperature superconductive magnets in different sizes in a researching process just by pre-forming corresponding connection pipelines at the two ends of the high-temperature superconductive magnet, so that vacuumizing time and impregnation glue liquid use amount of the high-temperature superconductive coil magnet in vacuum impregnation are reduced significantly. In addition, during impregnation, the high-temperature superconductive magnet is placed on a workbench having variable inclined angle and being heatable, wherein flexible change of impregnation manners is achieved by changing the inclined angle, and according to the performance of the impregnation glue liquid, temperature-constant solidification can be achieved by means of heating as required, thereby greatly improving technology flexibility and stability of the researching process.
