Disclosed is a concave-round-head pile manufacturing device. A fourth transverse shaft is eccentrically fixed to a fourth wheel disc, and is inserted into a central hole of a fourth rectangular frame; a fourth upper swing rod is fixed to the upper end of the fourth rectangular frame, and the rear right portion of a second supporting rod is hinged to the upper end of the fourth upper swing rod; a fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the lower end of the fourth rectangular frame, and the lower end of the fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the rear portion of a second concave-round-head frame; a first concave-round-head frame is a frame composed of a front side, a rear side, a left side and a right side, and the left side is in a concave round shape; a plurality of second cutters are arranged on the lower portion of the first concave-round-head frame, and a plurality of first cutters are arranged inside the first concave-round-head frame; the second concave-round-head frame is a frame composed of a front side, a rear side, a left side and a right side, and the right side is in a concave round shape; and a plurality of second cutters are arranged on the lower portion of the second concave-round-head frame, and a plurality of first cutters are arranged inside the second concave-round-head frame.
