Relative to 100 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of diatomite, 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of anionic surfactant, 0.01 to 2 partsby weight of carbonate or percarbonate, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of starch, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of rubber powder, 0.01 to 0.08 part by weight of cellulose and 0.01 to 0.08 part by weight of stabilizer are adopted. The invention further provides a preparation method of the gypsum board.
