A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a lightweight high-bonding-strength foamed cement heat-preserving board. The board comprises the following components by weight proportion: 90 to 95 parts of ordinary portland cement, 5 to 10 parts of rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 6.5 to 8.5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.03 to 0.06 part of triethanolamine, 0.7 to 1.0 part of a polycarboxylate water-reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.5 to 3.0 parts of a coagulant, 1.5 to 3.0 parts of a foam stabilizer, 1.5 to 3.0 parts of a water-proofing agent and 42 to 48 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the board. The method comprises the following steps: weighing, first-stage stirring, secondary-stage stirring, third-stage stirring, casting and foaming, early-stage maintenance, cutting, plastic packaging and post-stage maintenance. The foaming cement heat-preserving board provided by the invention has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good heat-preserving and heat-insulating properties, and simple preparation process; meanwhile, the board has bonding reinforced pores, so bonding strength with a bonding layer is strengthened, and when in installation of the board, the use of an anchoring part can be significantly reduced, or even the anchoring part may not be used.
