The invention provides a steel frame spiral stair and a manufacturing method thereof. The steel frame spiral stair comprises steel beams, stair plates and guard bars, and is characterized in that each steel beam consists of at least two steel plates; and the steel beams are connected to one another through cross beams. The steel frame spiral stair has the advantages that required whole components are broken into parts, a screw connection mode is adopted, the problems that the traditional steel stair is inconvenient to manufacture and convey, field construction welding is required, and installation is troublesome are solved, operation difficulty is reduced, work efficiency is improved, and more importantly, potential safety hazards in a construction process are avoided.
