Adhesive mortar and preparation method thereof
Adhesive mortar is made of raw materials including, by weight, 2-4 parts of methylcellulose, 1-2 parts of ammonium chloride, 10-15 parts of attapulgite clay, 8-10 parts of bentonite, 8-10 parts of crop straws, 2-3 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 10-15 parts of phenolic resin, an appropriate amount of water, 8-10 parts of ethylene glycol, 20-25 parts of auxiliaries, 190-210 parts of cement, 3-4 parts of calcium alginate, 260-280 parts of sand, 10-15 parts of fumed silica and 30-40 parts of mordenite. The mortar is high in adhesive force, free of hollowing and cracking and fine in toughness, and has the advantages of environmental protection, fire protection, frost resistance, water prevention and convenience in construction. By the aid of the auxiliaries, the compressive and bending strength of the mortar is enhanced, and workability, sag resistance, thixotropy and settlement prevention are improved.
