The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a prefabricated hollow hexagonal brick, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a prefabricated concrete hollow hexagonal brick. The method comprises the steps that lead wires are firstly machined into a lead wire mesh; then the lead wire mesh is used for machining a mould; the machined finished lead wire mesh is placed in a plastic mold manufactured in advance; and after the thickness of a protection layer of the lead wires is set, concrete pouring is carried out finally. The method is simple in technology, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to use, reliable in performance, flexible to use, high in controllability and adaptability and capable of being widely applied and popularized to engineering practice.
