Prefabricated concrete corrugated hollow column and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete corrugated hollow column and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated concrete corrugated hollow column comprises a metal corrugated pipe, a reinforcement cage connected to the peripheral side of the metal corrugated pipe and a concrete prefabricated area formed in the reinforcement cage area in a pouring mode. The reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of main reinforcements extending in the axial direction of the hollow column and stirrups connected between the main reinforcements; the metal corrugated pipes are fixedly connected with the main steel bars and/or the stirrups, a hollow cast-in-place area is formed in the concrete prefabricated area, and the metal corrugated pipes are arranged on the side wall of the cast-in-place area. The invention aims to provide the prefabricated concrete corrugated hollow column which is light in weight and excellent in integrity and anti-seismic property. The hollow cast-in-place area has the advantages that the hollow cast-in-place area can reduce the volume of prefabricated concrete, reduce the weight of prefabricated parts, facilitate transportation and hoisting, and can save the hoisting cost and the equipment leasing cost; and the metal corrugated pipe is used as a disposable consumed inner template and does not need to be dismantled.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式混凝土波纹空心柱及其制造方法,它包括金属波纹管、连接在金属波纹管外周侧的钢筋笼以及在钢筋笼区域浇筑成型的混凝土预制区;所述钢筋笼包括若干沿空心柱轴向延伸的主钢筋以及连接在各主钢筋之间的箍筋;所述金属波纹管与主钢筋和/或箍筋固定连接,所述混凝土预制区的内部形成中空的现浇区,所述金属波纹管设于现浇区的侧壁上。本发明的目的在于提供一种轻量化且整体性和抗震性能优异的预制装配式混凝土波纹空心柱。本发明的优点在于:本发明的内部为中空的现浇区,可减少预制混凝土的体积方量,减轻预制构件的重量,便于运输吊装,可节约吊装费用及设备租赁费用;并且金属波纹管作为一次性消耗的内模板,不需要拆除。
