Prefabricated concrete hollow component and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete hollow component and a manufacturing method of the prefabricated concrete hollow component. A steel wire mesh is arranged outside a steel reinforcementframework, and therefore the process that an inner formwork is erected and taken down in the later period can be omitted by the steel wire mesh. The feature that mortar easily hangs on a steel wire mesh formwork exists, the concrete cement mortar can quite easily adhere to the surface of the steel wire mesh to form a thin shell, an outer formwork does not need to be additionally erected by a mortar spraying construction method, and therefore the cost of the prefabricated concrete hollow component which is produced according to the manufacturing method can be quite low. Due to the existence ofthe steel wire mesh, the structural strength is improved, and the crack resistance of the concrete is improved. By means of the steel wire mesh and the mortar spraying construction method, the problems that in the prior art, when a prefabricated hollow component with a small-thickness concrete formwork is manufactured according to a manufacturing method, the situation that the concrete is denselypoured is difficult to guarantee, and the quality defects such as hollowing and holes often exist are solved.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土空心构件及其制备方法,通过在钢筋骨架外设置钢丝网,利用钢丝网可以免去支设以及后期拆除内模的流程,由于钢丝网模容易挂灰的特点,使得混凝土水泥砂浆非常容易就能附着在钢丝网表面形成薄壳,利用喷浆施工的方法无需再另支设外模,使得采用本发明方法生产的预制混凝土空心构件的成本非常低。另一方面,钢丝网的存在增加了结构强度,提高了混凝土的抗裂性。利用钢丝网加喷浆施工的方法解决了现有技术中的制备方法在制备混凝土模壳厚度较小的预制空心构件时很难保证混凝土浇捣密实,经常出现空鼓、孔洞等质量缺陷的问题。
