The invention discloses high-quality factor temperature stabile type microwave dielectric ceramic LiBa2FeGe3O10 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing and blending powder of analytically pure chemical raw materials Li2CO3, BaCO3, Fe2O3 and GeO2 according to the composition of LiBa2FeGe3O10; (2) performing wet type ball milling on the raw materials in the step (1) to mix for 12 hours, drying, and presintering for 6 hours at the air atmosphere of 850 DEG C, wherein distilled water is adopted as a ball milling medium; (3) adding a bonding agent into the powder prepared in the step (2), pelleting, performing compression molding, and sintering for 4 hours at the air atmosphere of 900-950 DEG C, wherein the bonding agent is a 5% polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the addition amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of the total mass of the powder. The ceramic disclosed by the invention is good in sintering property at the temperature less than 950 DEG C, the dielectric constant is up to 28.6-29.9, the quality factor Qf value is as high as 71000-107000GHz, the resonant frequency temperature coefficient is small, and great industrial application values can be made.
