The invention discloses a radiation sizing adhesive for a carbon fiber heating unit as well as a sizing method and a sizing device adopting the radiation sizing adhesive. The radiation sizing adhesive comprises thermosetting resin, a sizing penetrant and composite nanofiller; the sizing method comprises steps as follows: the carbon fiber heating unit with a braided structure is impregnated in the radiation sizing adhesive, the impregnated braided carbon fiber heating unit is subjected to gas closed type pressurizing treatment and is dried, and the sized carbon fiber heating unit with the adjustable emission rate is obtained. The nanofiller modified radiation sizing adhesive has the excellent characteristics of high penetrability, high coating speed, high coating uniformity and wide emission rate adjusting range, the normal emission rate can be adjusted in a range of 0.6-0.99, and the normal subband emission rate can be randomly adjusted in a range of 0.5-0.98.
