The invention provides a sizing device, a sizing method and brick paving equipment, and relates to the field of building decoration. The sizing device comprises a trough and a switch device. The trough is provided with a containing space with the open top end, and the containing space is used for containing slurry. And a feeding hole communicated with the accommodating space is formed in the trough. A notch which is sunken downwards from the top end is formed in the side wall of the trough, and the notch is used for discharging the slurry in the containing space when the ceramic tiles are placed on the top end. The switch device is connected to the trough and used for opening or closing the notch. The sizing method comprises the steps that tiles are placed at the top end of the trough; the notch is closed through the switch device; slurry is continuously injected into the containing space through the feeding opening; when the pressure value of the slurry in the containing space is larger than a preset value, the notch is opened through the switch device so that the slurry can be extruded out of the notch, and meanwhile the ceramic tile is moved so that the ceramic tile can be coated with the slurry. And the sizing device achieves ceramic tile sizing, and the sizing effect is good. The paving effect of the ceramic tiles sized by the sizing method is good.
