Preparing method for foam concrete core column
The invention provides a preparing method for a foam concrete core column. The preparing method for the foam concrete core column includes the following steps of A, aggregate preparing; B, dividing; C, polishing; D, coarse aggregate forming; E, core column forming. A stirring device comprises a machine frame and a cylindrical polishing cylinder. A stirring paddle is arranged in the polishing cylinder, the outer end of the polishing cylinder is fixedly connected with a motor, and the inner end of the polishing cylinder is hinged to the machine frame. An inlet communicated with an inner cavity of the polishing cylinder is formed in the upper side portion of the outer end of the polishing cylinder, and a discharging tube communicated with the inner cavity of the polishing cylinder is arranged at the inner end of the polishing cylinder; under the effect of gravity, the discharging tube abuts against the machine frame, and the polishing cylinder is located at the horizontal position. A winch is further arranged on the machine frame, and the polishing cylinder is connected with the winch through a rope. The preparing method for the foam concrete core column is simple and practicable, and the stirring device is easy and convenient to operate.
